NORTHUMBERLAND, NY - Christopher R. Meyer, age 28, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday July 9th, 2016.

He was born on December 28th, 1987 in Oregon, Ohio to Chris Meyer and Flora Kapp Garrett.

He grew up in Saratoga Springs, NY and graduated from Saratoga Springs High School.

Christopher worked at Verizon Wireless and moved up quickly becoming an award winning Sales Specialist. He was a guitarist, enjoyed the outdoors, gaming and game design, but most of all, Christopher loved the time he spent with his daughter Ariana, doing the many things she liked.

Christopher is survived by his wife Tia, daughter Ariana Flora Pinheiro-Meyer, his loving parents; Flora Kapp Garrett (Tommy), father; Chris R. Meyer, grand-parents; Jane and Danny Long, and Bob and Linda Meyer, brothers; Jeremy Garrett (Xuan), and Thomas Garrett, sisters; Rachel Garrett (Bob), Jessica Meulhbauer (Michael), Chandler, Evan and Christie Meyer, aunts; Barbara Swiergosz (John), Pauline Whiteman, Kris Dixon (Capers), and Connie Atkins (Steve), uncle; Byron Kapp (Danielle), nieces and nephews; Tyler, Sebastien, and Vilah Garrett, R.T. and Brayten Stickney, Michaela Meulhbauer and many other relatives in Ohio and Florida.

Funeral services for Christopher will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, July 13th 2016, at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave. (Route 9/Marion Ave), Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 where friends and family may call from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m., on Tuesday July 12th, 2016.
