I would like to thank Rolland and Rebecca for their excellent service and caring approach to both planning my mother's funeral and carrying out our wishes when mom passed away. It is not easy to prepare for the end of your loved one's life. I found Compassionate Care's website to be more informative than any other funeral home in the area, and after I called and spoke with Rebecca, I felt prepared to pre-plan mom's funeral arrangements. When the time came to carry out the plan, I recieved help with everything from writing the obituary to setting up interment at the National Cemetery. Thank you, Rolland and Rebecca ❤️.

Rolland, Rebecca and the staff handled the funerals for my Mom and my Dad. They are professional, friendly and caring, and they think of absolutely everything you could possibly need. It has been 7 months since we buried our son. I just want to say thank you to Roland, Melissa and staff for assisting during this time to honor and celebrate my son's life. They really are special in what they do. The options are endless. They take the stressful part out . Thank you again.

Melissa and her incredible team worked quickly, efficiently and accurately to give my Dad an incredible send off. She coordinated with the Patriot Guard Riders and the Saratoga National Cemetery to honor my Dad's service to his Country. Her attention to detail regarding the funeral went beyond our expectations. I was sorry to learn of Ed's passing. I was a long time reader of his Thursday column, and would typically read that and the sports page before anything else.. Take comfort in knowing that he spent his retirement years pursuing hobies that he truly enjoyed. We should all be that lucky.

These people are the most compassionate and caring people, I have ever met in this busy. Rolland I met him when he took care of my mother, and right then and their I new if I ever lost another family member they would take care of them. Well on Dec. 30 I lost the love of my life, I called them right away and Kelly, and Rolland contacted us right away and said they were going to get him right away. Wow Rolland will not leave them at the hospital. That Monday we went in met with Melissa,what a lovely person, she took her time , with us and she even gave us all hugs when we left. I'm telling you they are the nicest people you ever what your loved ones to be in there hands.

My youngest brother passed away recently and since it was a military service and he needed to be transported from Missouri, the process took almost 3 weeks

Rolland and Melissa did a great job of assisting me and my family throughout the process and had the facility set up beautifully for my brother during the services. They were communicative and also gave us space, made sure things ran smoothly, and even helped us out with configuring lunches and suggesting different caterers and locations. After all of the services were done we had several people come up to us to tell us how amazing everything looked since they frame and print photos themselves to be hung up. They also have two TVs for slideshows they made with music in the background as well. We will always recommend Compassionate Care to anybody that is in need of funeral services because they will take care of you

This has been the most challenging month, with losing my father April 8th and 3 weeks later losing his brother, my uncle April 30th I truly didn’t know how I would be able to go through the motions again and all the preparations needed. Rolland was a breath of fresh air from the moment we sat down to discuss arrangements to our final exit after saying goodbye. I’m not one to leave reviews but him and his team went beyond any expectations I had and gave my uncle a beautiful service. They did everything for me, Rolland kept saying his job was to make my life easier and under these conditions that is exactly what he did. I went somewhere else for my father not having known of compassionate funeral care and it left a poor taste in my mouth towards funeral homes. I can whole heartedly say their compassion and genuine care for my needs turned that around. Their name truly speaks for itself.

I would highly recommend Compassionate Funeral Care. After caring for my mother for ten years, Rolland and Rebecca made the difficult "next step", so very easy on us, in every way imaginable. They were knowledgeable, caring, professional and at the same time very real and down to earth (which I wasn't expecting). On top of all that, they were also very reasonably price.

I feel that you were exactly the right person to help us through this hard time, and be Nana’s final caretaker. I also appreciated how quickly you jumped to respond to our various and not always coordinated family needs, like rushing to set up more display tables when my mother arrived and had a mini meltdown about needing more display space. And thoughtfully moving our cars so there would be more parking space, or handing out more water at just the point I realized we’d been standing for hours and had forgotten to eat. But mostly, your obvious caring in getting Nana ready, making her scene peaceful, and shepparding us through a time that no family knows how to travel. We held services for my Aunt Sandy today. The funeral home was beautifully done. Very intimate and warm and loving. We sent pictures that were displayed on their TVs as a slide show. They made us DVD of the slide show to take home. They also framed many pictures of my Aunt and her family throughout the home which they gave us as a take home as well. They laminated beautiful memory cards that each of us took home. I commented on how beautiful her casket was to later learn they upgraded it at no cost. The owners of this funeral home are over the top the most generous, most compassionate, and generally nicest people I've ever met in this business. At the cemetery they read some really nice pieces and gave a loving burial. Thank you so much for the love and support you have shown to my family.
