To Fran's family...please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you as you mourn the passing of this very special lady. All who knew Fran loved her...and we all are of heavy hearts in learning of her passing.
My late husband (Stanley) was Fran's cousin...and she always held a special place in his heart. Fran will be missed, and we know she will be blessed in the hereafter.
