Thank you Daryl for being a close and constant friend for more than half a century. I will miss you. I am consoled by the many fond memories that I hold dear. Theresa and I will donate to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, on behalf of Daryl. Will feel that Daryl would approve of this choice.

My Dearest Friend,
Together we shared a lifetime of wonder. You came into my life and changed it forever,
We met at Jamaica Vocation High School at the age of 16 and soon became friends. Over the years we became much more. You were my lifeline. We shared everything,
happy times, silly times and many emotional moments and through it all I loved you. You filled my life with warmth and love.
I am sad and my heart weeps but I know you will always be with me and continue to bring joy into my life with the memories I treasure. Your laugh, smile and kindness has made my life happier and for this I thank you. You take a piece of my heart with you. Watch over us all my dear friend. With loving memories I celebrate your life.
