Carol Sue Trippi, 67, passed away peacefully at home on May 12, 2016. She was born in Bronx, NY on June 6, 1948 to Roslyn Pittinger Hass and the late Joseph Gilbert Pittinger.

A loyal and loving mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend, Carol was the “go to person” – always willing to help and support anyone in need. She was a kind, loving and a warm person who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.  She was always generous with her time and talents, cooking, crocheting, organizing, and lending a caring ear and hands.

She leaves many people to cherish her memory- her son, Frank Trippi and his wife Kari Williams, grandchildren Nicole and Joseph of Rhinebeck, NY; her grandsons Jonah and Ryan and great grandson Christopher Morehouse and son-in-law Hank Morehouse of Fulton, NY; her mother, Roslyn; her sister and best friend Benita Pittinger of Saratoga Springs, NY; her brother Lawrence and wife Doreen Pittinger, nieces Andrea and Juliana, and nephew, Jason, of CT. Carol’s love has also touched the lives and hearts of so many cousins and friends.

Carol is predeceased by her beloved daughter Lenore Trippi Morehouse.

A Celebration of Carol’s Life will be held at 2:00 pm on Sunday, May 15, 2016 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Avenue (Rte 9 and/or Marion Ave.), Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Family and friend may call from 1:15 – 1:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.  Friends and Family are welcome to join the family for further fellowship at the Elks Club located directly behind the funeral home.
