My 'other' Mother and Nana - Your life had such an impact on me and Breanna during all the years you lived above me. I will never forget all of our talks and the laughs we shared. You loved us as your own. I will miss you, my friend. Rest well.

Anna held a special place in my heart-She was one of Saratoga's finest ladies. I am honored that I got to know her- I am sure she is holding court up in heaven!

I will miss my visits with Anna. She always had a good story to tell that would make you laugh no matter how bad her day was going. I admired her for her love of her family. Every one should have an "Anna" in their lives.

Dearest friend,
I called you "Nana" for 30 years. We were not related but you became as near and dear to me as any grandmother. You cared for me and my family with such affection - I can never thank you enough. We had a lot of laughs together over the years and I keep many, many happy memories. I remember the many times coming home from one of my classroom holiday parties and you and I would sit and dig through the treats and share them. You always made me laugh when you tasted one and would say, "I can make 'em better than this." :) Yet, you and I shared just recently one of our best days together. I had purchased a new convertible and I wanted to take you for a ride ... in the SUN. You laughed and laughed when I said, "Let's go girlfriend, we can be like Thelma and Louise!" Well, "Thelma" I know you are sitting in the sun now and soaking in all of those beautiful, Divine rays. Thank you for everything you brought to my life. Love you, Nana. Always, your "Louise"
... and to Nana's lovely family, thank you for sharing her. My deepest sympathies for your loss. She will be missed.

Anna Praga was my pool buddy and Saratoga mom. For about 10 years, we both faithfully stood in line outside Victoria Pool in Saratoga Spa State Park every Saturday morning for a coveted lounge chair. We were pool regulars, and Anna was the queen. She held court poolside every weekend. I'll miss her unfiltered and funny comments about fellow lounge lizards, all of whom loved her. We miss you Anna. No doubt you have staked out a spot in heaven, facing the sun with the wind at your back. Rest well, my friend.
Love,
Jill
