William (Bill) Carhart, age 81, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 28,2023 at Albany Medical Center with his family by his side.

Bill will always be known for his welcoming smile, excellent customer service and his ability to remove the toughest of stains. Retirement was not for Bill and he found himself taken under the wings of the Dewey family, owners of ALL-LIFTS Inc., where he worked happily through his retirement.
