Shirley T. Kelly

Shirley Kelly, 80 years old, peacefully passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023, surrounded by her loving family at Wesley Health Care Center.

She was born in Troy, NY, on July 10, 1943, to the late Joseph Shagalski and Shirley Belcher Shagalski.

Shirley dedicated many years of her life as a Purchasing Agent at Smith Paper in the Albany area, leaving a lasting impact on her community.

She found joy in her hobbies of crafting and gardening, sharing her creativity with those around her.

Shirley is survived by her son, Brian Vogel (Erica); daughter, Julie Montello (Larry); and cherished grandchildren, Matthew Howk (Jennie), Eric Havens, Austin Montello (Faith), Kaitlyn Vogel. Her great-grandchildren, Jackson Howk and Connor Havens, brought immense joy to her life.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Kelly and is reunited in eternity with her brothers, Joseph Shagalski and John Shagalski, and sister, Joann Duval.

In accordance with the family's wishes, there will be no calling hours or service at this time.
