Shawn D. MacPherson

Shawn D MacPherson, 59, passed away on August 19, 2026 at her home.

She was born on November 15, 1966 in Glens Falls, NY to William and Katherine (Belden) Hall.

Shawn graduated from Glens Falls High School, class of 1984.

Shawn worked at multiple part-time positions at several local businesses, but her focus was always on being a devoted mother to her five children.

Shawn enjoyed cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers, putting together puzzles, reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Shawn survived by her sons Stephen Jordon and James MacPherson and his wife (Courtney); daughters Sherae Jordon, Tara MacPherson and Jenna MacPherson. Her brothers Phillip French, William Hall, and Archie Hall. Her sisters Donna French, Kathleen Benson and Karen Stevens. Her grandchildren Seth, Kendall, Aiden, Alex, Jayden, Lily, Tristen, Summer and Oliver plus many beloved nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by Her mother Katherine Hall, father William Hall brother Roland French, Robert French, Richard (Dick)French, Francis French, Jerry French.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at the Fraternal Order of Eagles 80 Main Street, South Glens Falls, NY
