Scott Williams

Scott Williams, age 40 spread his wings on April 8th, 2022 after a long 13 year battle with brain cancer.

Scott was born on September 3, 1981 in Saratoga Springs, NY, the son of Nancy and Daryl Gratto.

Scott worked at Quad Graphics as a roll tender. Scott enjoyed spending time with his family, camping, racing his RC cars at the track up in Glens Falls, three wheeling, tinkering in his shed, working on his cars, and fishing. when Scott was younger, he was huge into baseball his nickname was “Hollywood”

Scott is survived by his mother and father, Nancy and Daryl Gratto; his two children, Jacob Williams and Haleigh Williams. and fur son Stewie; his brother, Chad White; many aunts, uncles, cousins and his step-grandfather Gerald LaFourtne.

Scott is preceded in death by his grandmother, Alice Williams “mama” and Harvey Williams Sr. and grandmother, Eileen Schwagier and grandfather, Frank J. Gratto. 

A funeral service will be held at 4 pm on Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave., (Rte 9 and/or Marion Ave.0, Saratoga Springs, NY.  Family and friends may call from 2 pm to 4 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank Dr. Weaver for all the years she took care of Scott and Hospice for helping us with Scott during the end of life.
