Ronald "Ronnie" E. Perkins

Ronald “Ronnie” “Ron” E. Perkins, 56 of Wilton, N.Y passed away January 17, 2023 at Saratoga Hospital.

He was the son of the late Stanley Perkins and the late Diane Perkins (Smith).

Ron is best described by family and friends as “such a great guy”. He loved to laugh and joke and his smile could light up the room. He always tried to remain positive through any situation and would do anything for anyone. Ron enjoyed fishing and playing horseshoes. He especially enjoyed visiting with friends and family whenever possible and could talk about “the good old times” for hours (days). His family was very important to him.

Ron is survived by his sister Christine Brown (Kim), his brother Randy Perkins (Dawn), his sister Terri Perkins and his brother Dana Perkins all of Wilton, N.Y. His nieces Shawna Ottenschot (Adam) of Rochester, N.Y and Michelle Ellis (Brian) of Lagrange, G.A. His nephews Shawn Perkins (Jaime) of Wilton, N.Y and Matthew “Tiny” Perkins (Jami) of Glens Falls, N.Y. Several great nieces and nephews including Harper Ottenschot, Brayden, Kyleigh “Kayleigh” and Carson Ellis. Hunter and Weston Perkins and Charlotte and Colt Perkins. He also leaves behind several cousins and friends including his “other brother” Shawn Lamb.

Per Ron’s request there will be no services. The family will hold a celebration of life in the summer.
