Ronald M. King, Jr., age 64, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 28, 2025. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the beloved son of Ronald M. King, Sr. and Diane Jackson King.
Ronald was a dedicated associate in the receiving department at Lowe’s in Saratoga Springs, where he was known for his strong work ethic and warm spirit. Beyond his career, Ronald found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He had a deep love for music, enjoyed fishing on quiet afternoons, and took great pride in playing pool with his friends. His laughter was infectious, and he never missed an opportunity to crack a joke or share a story. Above all, he cherished the time spent with his loved ones, creating memories that will be forever treasured.
Ronald is survived by his devoted wife, Deborah King; his beloved children, Malik King, Fredina Davis, Aquana Davis, and Collette Davis and their mother, Brenda Lewis; his caring siblings, Bobby King, Missy King, and Wanda Jackson; Uncle, Jack Alford and aunt Linda White; cousins, Nate Lewis, Wanda Jackson and Monica Lewis; his lifelong best friends, Vale, Earl and Brian; as well as a host of cherished grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
He is reunited in eternal peace with his parents, Ronald King, Sr. and Diane King; his grandmother, Annabelle Jackson; his uncle, William Jackson; and his daughter, Bree Caan.
A celebration of life service will be held on Friday, February 7, 2025, at 1:00 p.m., at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs. Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
A graveside service will follow at Greenridge Cemetery, 17 Green Ridge Pl, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
Ronald will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
