Robert “Bob” W. Reinhardt, 96, passed away on November 30, 2024. Born on March 23, 1928, in Staten Island, New York, to Stephanie Schott and Charles Reinhardt, Bob lived a life filled with kindness and dedication.
Bob spent many years working for Allied Fuels at Kennedy Airport before relocating to Upstate New York, where he continued his career as a yardman and security guard at Allerdice Building Supply in Saratoga Springs. He was an active member of the Knights of Columbus in Saratoga, serving as a past Grand Knight.
Bob was predeceased by his parents, his sisters Carol and Alberta “Betty,” and his brothers James and Richard.
He is survived by his sisters Doris and Mary, his brother William, his great-niece and devoted caretaker Stephanie Licis (Aaron), and a large, loving family of nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cherished friends. Bob’s warm heart and generous spirit left a lasting impact on all who knew him.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, April 11, 2025 at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY 12871.
Bob will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
