Patricia A. (Boyle) Hnis

Hnis – Patricia A. (nee Boyle) of Saratoga, NY and formerly of Smithtown, NY passed away suddenly on April 24, 2022 at the age of seventy-eight.

Beloved wife of Richard. Loving mother of Rick and Tara, Scott and Christine, and Craig and Kimberly. Cherished grandmother of Kayla, Madison, Hailey, Brianna, Thomas, and Emily. Devoted sister of Geraldine Cosgrove and Jack Boyle. Fond Aunt to her many nieces and nephews.

“Patsy” enjoyed spending time with her family while enjoying endless summers at Sound Beach and Cape Cod while also looking forward to her annual winter trips to Florida with her husband to visit friends. She was well known for her loving and caring personality and always opened her doors to family and friends during the Saratoga racing season; she will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Family will receive friends at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave, Saratoga Springs NY on Thursday, April 28 from 4:00 – 6:00 PM.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Saint Clement’s Church, 231 Lake Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY on Friday, April 29 at 11:00 AM.  Private Cremation to follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association charity in her name would be appreciated.
