Patricia J. Doyle

Patricia J. (Patty) Doyle, age 84, age passed away on Friday, January 3, 2020 at Wesley Health Care Center with family at her side.

She was born on September 6, 1935 in Sioux City, IA, the daughter of the late Phillip Hilton and Florence Minor-Hilton.

Pat graduated from Wayne St College in Wayne, NE and spent many of her early years as a dedicated homemaker.  Later she was an administrative assistant at Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids, IA and later in Dallas, Texas.  She loved to ice skate and dedicated her time volunteering for the Veterans nursing homes and various schools. 

She loved people and making new friends. Pat was GOLDEN inside and out. Her laugh was infectious, and everyone loved it!  She loved St. Patrick’s Day. Pat loved children and she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Our mom/grandma was our best friend.

Pat is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth Stowe (Robert) of Bonham TX, Michelle Swindell (Richard) of Ballston Lake NY,  grandchildren, Rachael Lehde (John) of Bonham TX, Benjamin Swindell (Cassandra) of Rotterdam NY, Cheyenne Davis (Matt) of Bonham TX; great-grandchildren, Charlotte Davis of Bonham TX, Giuseppe Swindell of Rotterdam NY,  Sister Sandi Ginn of Chandler AZ and many friends who will miss her dearly.

She is preceded in death by her parents Phillip and Florence Hilton, son Michael, daughter Elizabeth Ann, and great granddaughter Kylie.

The family would like to thank the staff at Wesley Healthcare in Saratoga Springs, NY for the great care she received the last few years of her life.

A Mass will be held on Friday January 10th at 9:00 am at Corpus Christi Catholic Church, 2001 U.S. 9 Round Lake, NY
