Michael P. Thornton III

Michael P. Thornton III, 47, passed away peacefully at his home in Glens Falls on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

Born on April 2, 1977, in Saratoga Springs, NY, he was the beloved son of Mary Ann Wager.

Mike dedicated many years to the trade, working as a General Contractor for several local companies. He had a deep passion for Paranormal Studies and Investigating, actively participating in multiple local paranormal groups where he formed countless friendships. A true artist at heart, Mike’s creativity knew no bounds, whether through his incredible woodworking skills or his talent with pencil and paper. He was also a natural prankster, with his sisters often being his favorite targets. His infectious smile could light up any room, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met.

He is survived by his mother, Mary Ann Wager (Brian); his father, Michael P. Thornton; his cherished daughter, Rylie Thornton; and his loving sisters, Allison Fuller (Timothy) and Tracy Locke (Chip). He also leaves behind his adored nieces and nephews, Sydney, Jackson, Max, Harper, and Magnolia as well as many dear friends and relatives who will miss him greatly.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance on Monday, March 10, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave. (Rte 9 and/or Marion Ave.), Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
