Marian F. Zwijacz

Marian F. Zwijacz, age 90, passed away peacefully on Friday, August 6, 2021 at Saratoga Hospital with her family at her side.

She was born on March 2, 1931, in Greenwich, NY, the daughter of the late Winsor Fryer and Kathyrn Harrison Fryer.

Marian worked at McMullen Shirt Factory in Glens Falls, NY as a seamstress for many years. 

Marian loved to tell everyone who came to her home that she helped build her house.  She also loved to bird watch as she had many bird feeders at her home.  Marian’s greatest love and joy was time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she will be remembered for her cup of tea or home cooked meal that she offered them every time they visited her home. 

Marian is survived by her son, Andrew Zwijacz (Ellen); daughter, Paula Murray (Brian); grandchildren, Catherine Zwijacz, and Zandan Zwijacz; great-grandchildren, Kyson Zwijacz, Kennedy Zwijacz and many friends.

She is preceded in death by her husband, John Zwijacz; son, Gary Zwijacz; brothers, William, Windsor, and Edward Fryer.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at 11 am, at St. Mary’s Cemetery, 115 Cemetery Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871.
