Lucan Graywolf, Sr.

Lucan Graywolf Sr., age 81, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 25, 2021, at Albany Medical Center with his family by his side.

He was born on October 22, 1940, in New York, NY the son of the late George Pfeiffer Jr. and Mary Pencak Pfeiffer.

Lucan graduated from Cornell University and was an adjunct professor at the University of Vermont.

Lucan worked for ENCON out of Albany, NY as an Analytical Biologist. He loved his work and the wildlife.

Lucan enjoyed riding his bicycle in his spare time and was a professional body builder, raised wolves, and was a pilot in the air force, Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Lucan is survived by his sons Lucan Graywolf,Tyler Pfeiffer (Amanda Beaver)and Star Rising; cousins MaryBeth Wing, Barbara Kubiak, John Otrembiak (Jan), Paul Graycar (Bernedette), Monica Varley (Jack), and Stephen Otrembiak (Nancy); grandchildren Drezden Graywolf, Maddox Graywolf, Jeremiah Beaver, and Tawne Rose Pfeiffer.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, October 29, 2021, at the Church of Messiah, 296 Glen St #1, Glens Falls, NY 12801.

A graveside service will follow at the North Milton Cemetery, intersection of N. Milton Rd & State Route 29, Saratoga Springs NY 12866.

A special Celebration of Life for Lucan will be held on Saturday October 30, 2021, at the Open Door Mission, 226 warren St, Glens Falls, NY 12801.
