Loreli Burkhouse

Loreli Burkhouse, age 55, peacefully passed away on Friday, November 20, 2020 with her family at her side.

She was born on July 9, 1965 in Middletown, NY, the daughter of Thomas Burkhouse and Donna Markle Burkhouse.

Loreli attended and earned a professional photographer certificate from New England School of Photography in Boston Ma.  Loreli was an avid photographer; she was a longtime photographer for Country Studios in Albany, NY.  Her love for her family and her faith gave her the strength not only to go on but to love life without regrets and to cherish every day she had together with us.  Her warm smile and loving heart will be deeply missed.

Loreli is survived by her parents, Donna and Thomas Burkhouse her daughter Layla; brothers, Michael of Newburgh, NY and Neil of North Port, Florida; nephew, Michael Todd; niece, Melissa LoBrutto and many friends who will miss her.

A funeral service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, November 29, 2020 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.  Family and friends may call from 1 pm to 2 pm prior to the service. 

Due to the ongoing public health concerns of COVID-19 social distancing as well as mandatory wearing of a face mask is required. We thank you for your patience as we work to safeguard the wellness of our staff and every guest.
