Linda L. Herringshaw

Linda L. Herringshaw, 79, of Saratoga Springs, NY journeyed home into the arms of our Lord, with her loving family by her side, on April 23, 2022.

She was born Linda Lou George on September 22, 1943, in Westfield, MA, the daughter of Victor F. George and Mary West Viele George.

She married Thomas E. Herringshaw of Herkimer, NY in 1964. Linda retired as a foster care worker from Otsego County. She was a devoted wife and mother. She is survived by her loving husband, Tom, and eight children: Laurie (Richard) Steele; John (Kathy) Cloutier; Lisa (and the late Tom) McKinney-McQuigge; Katie (Mark) Macrina; Thomas, Jr (Kathie) Herringshaw; Cindy (Ken) Teske; Joseph (Heather) Herringshaw; Kelly (Bobby) Utter. She is survived by 21 grandchildren and 27 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Stephanie.

A celebration of her life will be held on April 30, 2022 at 4:00 PM at Wilton Baptist Church, 755 Saratoga Road, Wilton, NY. Donations in Linda’s memory may be made to The Youth Group at Wilton Baptist Church, 755 Saratoga Road, Wilton, NY.
