Lawrence "Larry" Reddon Obituary

Lawrence (“Larry”) Reddon, age 74, passed away on Tuesday, March 30, 2021, doing what he loves with the woman he loved most.

He was born on March 26, 1947 in Elmira, NY, the son of the late Edward Reddon and Marjorie Hewitt.

Larry was a sales representative for Waste Management in Houston, TX for many years.  He loved spending time with family and friends, watching his favorite team, the NY Giants.  He enjoyed gardening, yard work and driving the countryside in his beloved Corvette, with Connie at his side.  Larry was above all else a family man, he was the epitome of how great and unselfish it is to put those in your family first. We will all miss his humble spirit and gracious heart.  Larry enjoyed volunteer work and was often found helping the Wilton Food Pantry, assisting neighbors and friends, and lending a helping hand whenever and wherever he could.  If the opportunity arose to talk to strangers and make new friends, Larry was there!

Larry is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Constance Reddon; sons, Patrick Reddon (Noreen), Kyle Reddon (Kristin); daughters, Kristi Dardis (Thomas), Marcy Thompson (Kenneth); sister, Carol Ann Reddon, six grandchildren whom he adored and was eternally proud of, and friends who will miss him dearly.

A funeral service and calling hours will be held at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, you can make a donation in memory of Lawrence to the Wilton Food Pantry, 155 Ballard Rd, Gansevoort, NY 12831.

Arrangements are under the direction of Compassionate Funeral Care, Inc, 402 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.
