Karen J. Koskowski

Karen J. Koskowski, 60, of Saratoga, NY, passed away peacefully on December 31, 2024, after a courageous battle with cancer.

Born in February 1964 in Voorheesville, NY, she was predeceased by her parents, Edward J. and Penny (née Nephew) Koskowski, and her brother, Mark S. Koskowski. She is survived by her three sisters.

Karen will forever remain in our hearts. She was a free spirit with a passion for life. A true lover of the outdoors and nature, Karen found joy in hiking, camping, running, biking, and kayaking—activities that kept her connected to the beauty of the world around her. In quieter moments, she enjoyed reading and creating intricate pencil sketches. Her deep love for animals, especially cats, reflected her compassionate nature and her appreciation for all of God’s creatures.

Karen embraced life fully, making the most of every moment in her short time with us. She was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed.

At the family’s request there will be no calling hours.  Private services will take place at a later date.
