Judith A. Rysedorph

Judith A. Rysedorph, age 74, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Wesley Health Care Center, surrounded by her family.

Born on January 25, 1950, in Hartford, CT, she was the daughter of the late Robert E. Price and Barbara Machia Price.

Judith worked as a merchandiser for GSK in the East Durham, NY area for many years before her retirement. She had a passion for collecting teacups and enjoyed crafting.  She also cherished camping in the Adirondacks, had a fondness for muscle cars, and enjoyed buying and restoring antique furniture and going to garage sales.  Known for her love of dressing up with stylish clothes and jewelry, Judith was admired for her elegance and grace.

She is survived by her devoted husband, James Rysedorph, and her sons: Robert Rysedorph (Laura), Edward Moore (Cynthia), and James D. Rysedorph. She also leaves behind her sister, Norma Price, sisters-in-law, Susan Powell (Wayne), Nancy Rysedorph, and Robin Wittner (Michael); her grandchildren: Ava Rysedorph, Peter Rysedorph, Joshua Moore, and John Rysedorph; along with many friends who will miss her warm and gracious smile.

In addition to her parents, Judith was predeceased by her sister, Robin Price.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
