John A. Parisi, age 60, passed away on May 30, 2026 at Glens Falls Hospital.
He was born on October 20, 1965 in Saratoga Springs, NY to Joan Ramsey Chamberlain of Melrose, NY (deceased) and Charles Parisi of Saratoga Springs, NY.
John began his career as an apprentice with Rifenburg Construction in Troy, where he developed the skills and strong work ethic that would guide him throughout his life. He later worked as a truck driver for Bruegger’s Bagel Bakery in Latham before pursuing his entrepreneurial dream of owning his own construction company. Through hard work, dedication, and craftsmanship, John built a successful business that he proudly operated until his retirement.
John loved hunting and fishing and making maple syrup. He also liked building and fixing things. He was the kind of person that could be given any challenge and achieve it. He liked to do projects around the house and enjoyed his many gardens. He had three wonderful dogs he loved and cherished.
John is survived by his three sons Scott Parisi, Steven Parisi (Laura), and Jonathan Parisi (Brianna), and he has several grandchildren. He has three brothers, Michael Parisi (Jamie), David Parisi (Suzy) and Michael Chamberlain (Jessica).
John was preceded in death by his former wife and the mother of his three children, Melody Tecchio Parisi.
