John F. Dolansky

John F. Dolansky, age 70, passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at the Granville Center. 

He was born on March 17, 1952 in Pennsylvania, he is the son of the late Francis and Loretta (Mary) Dolansky of Clinton, NY. 

John worked in the building maintenance department for the High School in the Connecticut School District. 

John was the most positive man that you could ever meet, despite his situations in life. He would always greet people with a smile, he knew everyone by name, and he would share stories of life experiences with others.  He also enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time.  John was well known in the Saratoga Springs area where he was often seen with his 1989 Caprice Classic station wagon at the Triangle Diner, Stewarts, Trustco Bank and Healthy Living socializing with others which he enjoyed daily. 

John is survived by a friend, Joseph Nailor and many friends he knew in the community of Saratoga Springs.  His laughter and humble spirit will be missed by all who knew him. 

A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm on Friday, October 7, 2022 in Greenfield Cemetery, 78 Wilton Rd, Greenfield Center, NY 12833.
