Jack R. Plain, Jr.

Jack R. Plain Jr., 64, passed away after a long battle with cancer on Monday, May 6, 2024.

Born May 1, 1960 in Poughkeepsie, NY, he was the son of Jack R. Plain Sr. and Margaret 0. (Hounshell) Plain.

Jack earned a Bachelors degree from Marist College in Poughkeepsie NY. He continued his lifelong thirst for knowledge through many avenues of education.

He was most recently employed by Culligan but spent most of his career with Pitney Bowes as a sales regional manager.

Jack loved baseball and was a lifetime avid fan of the Nev. York Yankees. He loved visiting the ocean and listening to the surf. He enjoyed finding treasure at auctions all around the area, an occasional golf game, boating on Lake George, and especially quiet evenings at home with his wife at his side and his dog, Gracie, in his lap.

ln addition to his parents, Jacki was predeceased by his sister, Betty Palladino and his stepmother, Mildred Plain.

Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Jennifer, his stepchildren, Michael Ricci, Nicole Garneau (Josh) and Rachel Boettcher, his 2 brothers, Bobby (Sherry) and Stephen. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews, grand nieces, and four grandchildren who adored their PopPop; Lily, Tyler, Christopher and Dallas.

A Memorial Service will be conducted on Tuesday May 14, 2024 at 6 pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Ladder-day Saints, 20 Rockwell Road, Queensbury, NY 12804
