Heather C. Williams

Heather C Williams, age 54, passed away on January 28, 2026 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on December 6, 1971 in Saratoga Springs, NY 

Heather graduated from Center for Disability in Albany NY and Ballston Spa High School.  She attended Saratoga Bridges Day Hab Program where she enjoyed many friends and very special staff during her time there. Heather enjoyed music, trips to the casino, walks around the neighborhood, people watching, games and gatherings with her family and friends.

Heather is survived by her parents Pamela (Keenan) Carter, Allen Williams Jr and stepmother Marlene Williams.   She is also survived by her brothers Allen Williams III (Elizabeth) and Brandon Williams.  Her stepsister and very special caregiver Shannon Fernett and stepsister Sarah Locke (William) as well as a multitude of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

She is preceded in death by her stepfather and soul mate Jerry Carter along with her beloved cat, Charlie    

A Celebration of Life for Heather and Jerry will be held at Gansevoort Volunteer Fire Department, 1870 State Route 32N, Gansevoort, NY, 12831 at 1:00 pm on Sunday, April 12, 2026
