WHITEHALL - Francine Simmons, age 79, passed away on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Glens Falls Hospital.

She was born on July 22, 1939 in Laneville, WV, the daughter of the late Thomas Morse and Rovena Tinsley Morse.

A funeral service will be held at 4 pm on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave. (Rte 9 and/or Marion Ave.), Saratoga Springs, NY. Family and friends may call from 2 pm to 4 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
