Frances Marcia Congdon, 82, of South Glens Falls, NY, passed away surrounded by loved ones on June 21, 2025. She was born on February 13, 1943, in Albany, NY, the daughter of William and Frances Kusson. She is survived by her daughters Victoria (Frederick) Fowler and Marcia (Michael) Stengel and grandchildren Rachel Sweenor, Francis C. Sweenor IV, Sean Stengel, and Carter Stengel. As per her wishes, there will be no calling hours and the burial will be held privately for her family.
