Esther Coonradt

Esther Coonradt, age 78, passed away Thursday, June 5, 2025 at Warren Rehabilitation and Nursing Home following a long battle with dementia and Alzheimer’s. 

Esther was born February 25, 1947 in Ticonderoga NY, the daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth Bougor.

She graduated from Austin Beauty School in 1987 and Saratoga BOCES nursing school in 1991.  She started her career at the Teresian House Center for the elderly and later at Wesley Health Care Center.  She also did private home nursing care for many.

She loved going to bingo and spending time with family at cookouts, reunions, or just popping by to hang out and have some coffee. Late evenings you could always find her downtown Saratoga with her husband the late Douglas Coonradt just sitting there talking having coffee and watching everything going on around her with a big smile. She also loved to feed her birds.

She is survived by her daughter Christeena Rowland Welden (Bill); sons, Karl Kimball, Andy Kimball, John Rowland, William Tooley (Christyn); many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and friends

predeceased by her husband Douglas Coonradt, brothers Joseph Bougor Henry Bougor, Terry Bougor sisters Evelyn Coonradt and Joanne Ives.

The celebration of life will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on June 22, 2025 at Glad Rag Saloon, 29 Holmes Rd, Porter Corners NY
