Diane Leslie McQuigge

Diane Leslie McQuigge, aged 68, passed away on Friday, November 24, 2023, at Saratoga Hospital. 

She was born on August 13, 1955, in Rhinebeck, NY, to the late Calvin McQuigge and Jean Nilsen McQuigge.

Diane graduated from Saratoga Springs High School in the Class of 1973. After graduation, she pursued a career in hairdressing after attending Maria College. Diane also proudly served her country in the US Army for ten years.  Subsequently, she dedicated many years to working in housekeeping at Skidmore College. However, her most cherished moments were spent with her late significant other, Jake, and their two beloved furry companions, Merc and Cruiser.

Diane is survived by her sister Rene J. McQuigge of Jacksonville, FL; brother, Jeffrey T. McQuigge (Martha) of Gansevoort, NY, and her niece, Amy & Frank Hemming III of Gansevoort, NY. She is also fondly remembered by her dear friend Frank Skip Izzo (Sylvia) of Ballston Spa, NY.

Diane is preceded in death by her brother, Thomas McQuigge.

A graveside service with military honors will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, December 11, 2023 at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, located at 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY 12871.
