We regret to announce the passing of Deborah Elizabeth Tveidt (Shannon), of Saratoga Springs, NY. Our beloved Lil' Debbie died surrounded by loved ones on December 20, 2025 after a battle with lung disease. She was only 61 years old. The family is deeply saddened by her passing.
Debbie was born on September 18, 1964, graduated from Ballston Spa High School, and was the head of medical billing at Modern Health Concepts in Menands. After retiring, she spent her life giving her time and heart to being the light we all should aspire to be in the world.
Being of service to others was Debbie's pride, joy, and life's work. She poured her heart and soul into standing up for those without a voice, which showed to all friends and family what a selfless, thoughtful, and caring woman she was.
Everyone who knew Debbie knew just how special she was. Debbie was full of light and joy, traits that were obvious to all after even just a single meeting with her.
Debbie is survived by her beloved life partner, Robert McCormick, her mother Karen Shannon, her son Stephen Tveidt, her brother Jeffery Shannon, and an abundance of friends. We will miss her more than words can say.
Services are still being planned at this time.
