Beverly Hagadorn

Beverly Hagadorn, age 85, peacefully passed away with family at her side on Friday, October 8th, 2021.

She was born on January 14th, 1936, in Saratoga Springs, NY, the daughter of the late Andrew and Beatrice (Palmateer) McCormick.

Beverly loved to have fun and met the love of her life while square dancing. She was out with her mother Beatrice and Beatrice asked Robert (Bob) Hagadorn to dance with her daughter. That first dance was just the beginning and a loving relationship developed. They were happily married for nearly forty years until Bob passed away in 2018. One of Beverly’s fondest memories was their trip to Hawaii. She loved her family and enjoyed having them all over for her delicious holiday dinners. Many laughs and great memories were made in their home. She also enjoyed getting together with her friends and her daughter Tracy to play dominoes. Beverly worked in the kitchen at the Saratoga County Infirmary for nearly a quarter century.

Beverly is survived by her daughters, Tracy Piche (Mike), Marsha Mooney (Bill); sons, Henry Breeden (Sarah), Ron Breeden (Deb), Charlie Breeden (Becky); stepdaughters Susan Hagadorn, Lorrie Hagadorn (Darren Peck), Barbara Morelli; stepson, Robert Hagadorn (Deb); brother Andrew McCormick (Kay); many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends that loved her.

Besides her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her son Jeff Breeden; sisters Barbara Brockway, Charlotte McCormick; brothers Billy McCormick, Harold McCormick, Francis McCormick; step grandson Michael G Morelli Jr.

A funeral service will be held at 7 pm on Friday, October 15th, 2021, at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY. Family and friends may call from 5 pm to 6:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

A graveside service will be held at Gansevoort Cemetery, 4960 NY-50, Gansevoort, NY 12831 at 11:00 am on Sunday, October 17th, 2021.

Due to the ongoing public health concerns of COVID social distancing as well as wearing of a face mask is recommended.
