Angeline G. (Capone) Daly

Angeline G. (Capone) Daly, age 88 of Saratoga Springs passed away on Sunday, December 26, 2021.

She was born October 3, 1933, in Saratoga Springs, NY, the daughter of the late Pasqule F. Capone and Mary Donna (Casertino) Capone.

Angeline worked in the food service industry at St. Peter’s Catholic School for many years.      

Angeline had a passion for life which showed through her love for people and the laughter she always had in the company of others.  She had a gracious, kind and loving spirit, she was loved by all who knew her.  She enjoyed BINGO at the Elks Lodge, cardinal birds, picnics, family gatherings, the racino and traveling as a military family. 

Angeline is survived by her siblings; John Capone, Rose Marie Capone Betsch, Nicholas D. Capone (Rose), Geraldine Capone Jordan, Anthony Capone (Maryanne), Louis Capone (Kate), Patricia Taylor (Ron) and Patrick Capone (Yvonne). Her children Jo-Ann (Barbour) Ruiz and Joseph Elex Barbour III.  Grandchildren James Brush (Jen Brower), Jennifer Brush Gilboy (Travis Welsh) and June Marie Brush. Great Grandchildren Allan Hilton (Cierra Fitzpatrick), Savannah Decker, Jordan Brush, Kyle Brush, Nevaeh Gilboy and Alanna Brush. Great Great Grandchildren Aidan Hilton, Adrian Hilton, Sophia Hilton, several nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. 

Angeline is predeceased in death by her brother, Daniel Capone. 

A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY.  Family and friends may call from 9 am to 10:30 am prior to the service at the funeral home. 

A graveside service will be held at St. Peter’s Cemetery, 150 West Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 following the service at the funeral home.
