Alicia Nicole Ward Wilmot

Alicia Nicole Ward/Wilmot passed away Saturday June 20th, 2026, surrounded by her family.

She was born at Walter Reed hospital in Washington DC on April 6th 1990. Her time here with us was short but the imprint was endless for all. Alicia made many friends being a waitress for over 15 years doing what she loved, taking care of others.  Alicia loved the outdoors, nature and being in or on the water was her happy place. Alicia's love for animals was above and beyond. Her cat Moe and Dog Harley were beyond unconditionally loved. Alicia enjoyed video games and hanging out by campfires with her friends.

Alicia is predeceased by her sister Dana Lee Ward, father Norman Lee Ward, and Grandmother Grace Bringing Good.

She is survived by her mother Anita Ward, sister Lindsay Bailey and Shannon Ward. Alicia had 2 nieces Avah Richardson and Angelina Hammond and five nephews Dylan Gilman (son and Great Nephew Jackson), Trystan Gilman and Edward Richardson, Ethan Smith, Jaiden Smith. Her best friend Conner was by her side until the end.

Family and friends are invited to gather and pay their respects from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, 2026 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

A graveside service will follow at Powell Wiswall Cemetery, 642 Plummer Rd., Ballston Spa, NY 12020.

Whether a customer at the diner or even the local neighbors Alicia left a big footprint with everyone she met. Alicia will always be loved and never forgotten.
