Aida Perez

Aida Perez, 70, passed away on July 19, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

She was Born on August 5, 1955, in Naguabo, Puerto Rico, she was the daughter of Florentino Garcia and Aida Ojeda.

Aida worked for many years as an Auto Underwriter at State Farm, where she was known for her dedication and professionalism.

She loved cooking, traveling, and spending time in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, and Italy. She was also a lifelong New York Mets fan and rarely missed a chance to cheer on her team.

Aida is survived by her loving husband Manuel Gutierrez Polanco, a daughter Adriana Perez; brother Alberto Garcia; sisters Gladys Vidal and Maritza Huther (John); many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026, at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. A funeral service will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home, with interment to follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery, 150 West Avenue, Saratoga Springs, NY.
