WILTON - Robert John Sullivan, age 78, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Wesley Health Care Center with his family at his side.
He was born on December 5, 1939 in New York, NY, the son of the late John W. Sullivan and Elsie Schow Sullivan. After serving in the US Navy, Robert worked at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory until his retirement.
Robert is survived by his beloved wife Edith F. Sullivan; children, Diane and Robert Camardello of Queensbury, NY, Robert and Martha Sullivan of Shaker Heights, OH; grandchildren, Cody (David) Gao of Glen Rock, NJ, Carter Backus of Queensbury, NY, Charles and Anne Sullivan of Shaker Heights, OH; brothers, Lawrence (Debbie Dalton) Sullivan of Somers, NY, John (Kathy) Sullivan of Cortlandt Manor, NY, sister-in-law, Karin (Lou) Stangasser, of Hampstead, NC; Nieces and Nephews, Greg Sullivan, Paul (Christine) Sullivan, and Peter (Colleen) Sullivan and their children, Kristine Sullivan, Elizabeth (Greg) Lilly, Jennifer (John) Astrab, Carolyn (Jason) Gordon, and their children, Donald (Cami) Anderson, Lisa (Edward) Moran, and Steven Andersen and their Children; dear friends, Edward and Shirley Perazzo of Scotia, NY, and Claire Olds of Saratoga Springs, NY.

A funeral service will be held at 11am, on Monday July 2, 2018, at Saint Paul’s Lutheran Church, 109 Lake Ave. Saratoga Springs, NY.
Interment with military honors will be held at 12:30 pm at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY, following the service at the church.
In lieu of flowers donation in honor of Robert can be made to Saint Paul's Lutheran Church, 109 Lake Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY, Wesley Health Care Center, 131 Lawrence St, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 or a charity of your choice.
