I first met Norm after being laid off from GE- and working at Allsttae design
He impressed me as an an admirable and righteous man. Later on we both ending up working back at GE- he continued to impress me with his desire to be the best at what he did

I was a new GE employee in the late 80's when I first met Norm. Norm was an admirable mentor during my early years. I still remember his voice and the great conversations. My condolences to his wife Dolores and his family. May you rest in peace Norm.
