Natika Wills

GREENFIELD CENTER - Natika Wills, age 33, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 with her family by her side.

She was born on May 26, 1985 in Brooklyn, NY, the daughter of Norbert Wills and Jacqueline Newland Wills.

Natika was a graduate of Saratoga Springs High School.  Following graduation, she continued and completed her education at the State University of New York (SUNY) Albany campus.

In her early years she enjoyed traveling, visiting family members, and learning about animals. Natika also loved listening to music and reading.  She was a person who loved to laugh and entertain others. To those who knew her well she was warm, fearless, and resilient.  Natika inspired everyone she met with her kind and loving personality.  When she wasn’t helping others, she enjoyed what she loved the most, which was taking care of her pet fishes.

Natika is survived by her loving parents, Jacqueline and Norbert Wills; her two sisters: Jacinda and Nurlena, her niece and nephew: Meiah and Myles, her uncles and aunts: Bernard, Victor, Raymond, Kenrick, Richmond, Alvin, Clifford, Desmond, John, Eileen, Masie, Rachel, Simone, Corrine, Sharon, Averil, Myrlene, and many others. Also surviving her are her cousins: Rodwin, Romaine, Renata, Kenrick, Randy, Dexter, Sharon, Barbara, Tracy, Terrance, Felicia, Michael, Richmond, Allison, and many others. 

A funeral service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave. (Rte 9 and/or Marion Ave.), Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 with Father Rev. Edmund Faliskie, officiating.  Family and friends may call from 12 noon 12:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will be held at 2 pm following the service at St. Peter's Cemetery, 150 West Ave., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
