Michael Hargraves Sr. Obituary

SARATOGA SPRINGS - Michael Hargraves Sr., age 68, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at his home. 

He was born on May 3, 1950 in Schenectady, NY, the son of the late Barbara Pratt.

Michael served his country with pride from 1969 to 1971 in the US Marine Corps, as a Lance Corporal, he played for the Marine Corps football team in Quantico, VA.  He also was an avid Yankee and Giants fan.  Michael loved to read books, spending time at the library, was a master at jeopardy and the wheel of fortune puzzles, but his most memorable time was spending time with his family and those he loved.    

Michael is survived by his son, Michael Hargraves Jr.; brothers, Jeffrey Fuller (Denise), Robert Fuller (Linda); Thomas Grigoleit (Linda); sisters, Betty Ann Fuller, Maureen Muscanell (Edward), Lori DeMyer (Christopher); many nieces, nephews and friends who will miss him dearly.

He is preceded in death by nephew, Edward Muscanell Jr.

Calling hours will be held from 11 am to 12:15 pm on Tuesday October 2, 2018 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave. (Rte 9 and/or Marion Ave.), Saratoga Springs, New York.

Graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, NY.
