Marion Park Kercado, age 78, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2017 at home surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on January 5, 1939 in Glasgow, Scotland to the late James Leslie Hogg and Elizabeth Park Hogg.

Marion was extremely devoted to her family.  She was gracious and generous and would do anything for anybody.  She enjoyed watching old movies and listening to Frank Sinatra.  She was a kind, loving and warm person who will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Marion is survived by her loving husband, Joseph Louis Kercado, devoted daughter, Debra Jean Kercado-Rivers, adoring son-in-law, Raymond John Rivers, her grandson, Joseph Louis-Kercado Rivers, who was her pride and joy, her cherished sisters, Elizabeth Snowden and Vera Sartain, and her numerous, beloved nieces and nephews, including Jerry Sartain, who was by her side.

She is preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Leslie, William, Peter, George, David; sisters Jenny and Jean.

A funeral service will be held at 6 pm on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Avenue (Rte. 9 and/or Marion Avenue) Saratoga Springs, New York.  Family and friends may call from 4 pm to 5:45 pm prior to the service.
