Jerry Caggiano

Jerry Caggiano, age 85, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Saratoga Hospital by his loving family.

He was born on May 2, 1933 in Brooklyn, New York, the son of the late Victor Caggiano and Ann Madonna Caggiano.

Jerry Caggiano served in the Military from 1952 to 1959 in the United States Air-force.

Jerry Caggiano was a technical engineer and worked for the Government of the United States of America for 14 years before he retired.

Jerry enjoyed drawing, pastel painting and reading. He also enjoyed being outdoors along with boating and skiing.

Jerry is survived by his loving wife Edith Caggiano; sons, Norbert Caggiano (Lorraine), Victor Caggiano; daughter, Cathyren Caggiano Demko (David); sisters, Phyllis Savoy, Marianne Iadimarco(Pat); grandchildren, Allyson Fox (John), Amanda Caggiano, Joseph Burns; three great-grandchildren and many friends who will miss him dearly.

A funeral service will be held at 12:30 pm on Monday, March 18, 2018 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave. (Rte9 and/or Marion Ave.), Saratoga Springs, NY with Father Edmund Faliskie officiating.  Family and friends may call from 10:30 am to 12:15 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment with military honors will be held at 2:00 pm at Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, 200 Duell Road, Schuylerville, NY following the service.
