Jeremy J. Furey

SARATOGA SPRINGS - Jeremy J. Furey, age 27, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 25, 2018 at Saratoga Hospital surrounded by his loving family.

He was born on January 28, 1991 in Saratoga Springs, NY, the son of Charles Furey and Jennifer Maye Furey.

Jeremy was a 2009 graduate of Saratoga Central Catholic High School.  Jeremy was an avid athlete in his high school years playing baseball, pitching two no-hitters, football and bowling. Jeremy was an honor student in his studies.  He was a hard worker and he was a very loyal friend that was full of life and light.  He touched the lives of everyone he met, no one was a stranger to him.  

Jeremy is survived by his parents, Charles and Jennifer Furey III; grand-parents, Alice and Charles Furey Jr., Dan and Jill Maye great-grandfather Charles Furey Sr; sisters, Jillian Furey, Alik Karian; aunts, Lisa Kapoor (Jay), Meghan John Cox (Todd); uncle, Timothy Furey; cousins, Brandon Kapoor, RJ Furey, Noah Johncox, Karlee Johncox, Caiden Johncox; many cousins and friends that will miss him dearly. 

Predeceased by his great-grandparents Alice and Jeremiah DeMatteo and Audrey Furey.

Calling hours will be from 1pm to 3 pm on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave. (Rte 9 and/or Marion Ave.), Saratoga Springs, New York.
