Tracy S. Bowker, Jr., of Jackson Street passed away unexpectedly Wednesday evening (February 15, 2017) at Saratoga Hospital.  He was 59.

Born on May 10, 1957, in Waukegan, IL, he was the son of Tracy S. and Luella (Jacques) Bowker, Sr.

Tracy grew up in Oneonta, NY, attended Oneonta High School, and subsequently moved to Saratoga Springs.

On June 13, 1986, he married Tammy S. Rosekrans.

For many years, he was self- employed as a handyman in the area. He enjoyed hunting and was very passionate about his work.

He is preceded in death by his mother Luella Bowker.

He leaves his loving wife of 30 years, Tammy Bowker; two sons Tracy Bowker, III and Cody Bowker; a daughter Kayla Bowker, and grandchildren Rayne Thornton (whom he affectionately referred to as “The Fudd”) and Tracy Bowker, IV all of Saratoga Springs; three brothers Curtis, Jodi, and William Bowker and three sisters Cindy Lou Bowker, Patti Bowker, and Sherry Bowker all of the Oneonta area; several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 7:30pm Monday, February 20, 2017 at Compassionate Funeral Care, Inc., 402 Maple Avenue, (Rte 9 and/or Marion Ave.), Saratoga Springs, NY.
