I was deeply saddened to learn of Fino's passing. My heartfelt condolences go out to his dear family and friends. I know they are all heartbroken. Saratoga Springs has lost one of it's finest chefs and a gentle soul.

I had the pleasure of getting to know Serafino over the years through my parents, who loved him like a son. I saw first hand what joy his friendship meant to them over the years, and that always made me happy.
My husband, children and I enjoyed every experience at Three Vines. We felt like family, as I am sure so many others do when sitting down for a meal. His love of food and passion for his culture was evident and what makes Three Vines so special.
I am so very heartbroken for your loss, he will missed by so many. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

My heart breaks with the news of Finos passing. We at By - George have always had a great love and respect for him. He was a wonderful chef and person. He will be sorely missed. Our very deepest sympathies to his daughter and his family.
