Richard “Rick” Robinson, age 72, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2017 with his brother John and family at his side. 

He was born on July 22, 1945 in North Adams, MA, the son of the late Francis Robinson and June Estes Robinson.

Rick enjoyed basketball but anyone who knew him knows he was an avid golfer.  He was very kind, giving, and special to everyone.  He was a people person who loved everyone he met, especially his friends at Mc Gregor Pub.  He was surely one of a kind.  He was a good friend, and an extraordinary brother.  He was a kind man with a wonderful smile and a contagious laugh, he will be greatly missed by many. 

Rick is survived by his brother John Robinson; many nieces and nephews and many friends in Birkshire and Saratoga Springs who will miss him dearly.

He is preceded in death by parents and brother, William “Bill” Robinson.

A funeral service will be held at 11 am on Friday, November 17, 2017 at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave. (Rte9 and/or Marion Ave.), Saratoga Springs, NY.  Family and friends may call from 10 am to 10:45 am prior to the service at the funeral home.

Interment will be at the Bellevue Cemetery, 149 Bellevue Ave, Adams, MA 01220 at the family plot at a later date.
