Frances Miller, age 87, Passed away on April 2, 2016, at the home of the Good Shephard, in Malta NY.

Fran was born on October 27, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois the daughter of the late Joseph and Bertha Drosky Miller.

Fran spent many hours working on her beloved home, she loved working in the garden, planting flowers, mowing and beautifying.

She was a very compassionate and loving person who enjoyed time spent with family and friends going to dinners, shopping and visiting.

Fran worked for many years at the NY State Retirement Systems.

She is survived by her sisters; Bertha Ronk, Theresa Bard, and Rita Weaver(Joseph), nephews Joseph Fink and Clifford and Scott Bard.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday April 5th, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Compassionate Funeral Care, 402 Maple Ave. (Marion and or Rte. 9) Saratoga Sp. NY.

Graveside service in honor of Fran will be held on Wednesday April 6th, 2015, 11 am at St. Peter,s Cemetery  150 West Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866.

The family of Fran would like to express their appreciation to the staff at The Home of the Good Shephard in Malta for their compassion and care.
