Dale my friend, God rest your soul Sir, and I just want you and JoAnn & family to know, what a great pleasure it was for me to know & deal with you these many years. You were such a joy to be around and visit with, and you gave everyone such incredible service as a dispatcher for years, and you were always "live!" ha!

I hadn't seen Dale for 3 years and I was hoping I would catch up with him somewhere.
No one dispatched like Dale and it was a pleasure to work with him.
Years ago we had a mutual friend ; Earl Marcellus and that's when I first met Dale(1973)
I sometimes never new if Dale was kidding and most of the time he was!!
